We have had the opportunity to saw with Allen again.  Sawing trailer decking was part of the job.  We cut 2 1/4″ x 12″ (and random widths) x 20′ long decking boards.  We all agreed that they turned out really nice – almost too nice to be used for a equipment trailer!

This week we were sawing in the Pequaywan Lake area.  Terry and Dick have harvested timber from their land and will be building a log cabin.  We are sawing two and three flats on the logs depending on the particular application of that log.  I look forward to seeing the cabin when they’re finished.

October has been busy!  We have been back to Island Lake and Solon Springs and have been to several local (Carlton area) saw jobs.  Most of this wood will be used as paneling inside “the hunting shack”, 2×6′s for two garages, and various project pieces inside Jeremy’s house.
